Support corporate sustainability assessment and planning at Tupperware Brands.

Our Role
Working with senior leaders at Tupperware Brands in a series of internal workshops, Golder used the GEMI Metrics NavigatorTM sustainability assessment and planning tool to analyze the company's impacts and opportunities. This analysis involved expanding the current vision for sustainability starting with an analysis of the sustainability issues facing Tupperware Brands, proposing a set of key objectives and key performance indicators and developing a preliminary list of action steps to improve sustainability. The assessment considered environmental sustainability issues along the product lifecycle as well as the company's positive contributions, such as through creating products built to last a lifetime, eliminating the need for disposable containers adding to landfills, helping to keep food fresh longer, pollution prevention and resource conservation initiatives during manufacturing, and Tupperware Brands' social investment activities. The process has resulted in a better understanding of the sustainability issues faced by the company, its unique sustainability story and of the steps needed to integrate it into Tupperware Brands' culture and future journey.
