Military Brownfields Deman Explosive Considerations

A former military disposal site, with the potential to contain medical waste, hydrocarbons, metals and unexploded ordnance, was a threat to the Ottawa River. Cleaning up the site, which was adjacent to provincially significant wetlands and to a military firing range, required some special considerations.  Please see attached PDF.
