Project/Program Management

For almost fifty years Golder has been managing projects around the world.  Initially our project management was largely related to those components of projects where we were providing specialist services. As Golder has grown our capacity and skills to manage projects has developed.  We are now retained to manage programs for clients and to provide management of total projects. These commissions have ranged in size to over 400,000 hours.

Golder is particularly well suited to managing resource, industrial and infrastructure projects and programs associated with earth sciences or ground engineering with civil engineering, environmental or mining components.
